I am the same way when it comes to expectations - they are VERY high and I like to believe that I deliver MY product above and beyond, too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I didn&amp;#39;t ask for new reps at my last job - I changed vendors outright at almost every turn.  I believe you deliver your best product without being asked for it.
